At Dream Trail, we take pride in our quality. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dreamtrailco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
